Shipping and Returns

Processing your order:

We will not begin processing your order until full payment has been received. Orders are shipped within 5-10 working days starting from when payment was received. These periods may differ in busier times where the customer will be notified. Once your order has been sent, please allow another 1 to 4 working days for delivery. 

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards.

The provision of goods and services are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Delivery Time:

All paid for deliveries are made by external courier services and takes between 1 to 4 working days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Courier charges can change at any time.


To collect your order will be available to customers in the Garsfontein area in Pretoria. Please note that we will arrange a time and location if you wish to collect your order.

Refund & Returns:

You have 5 working days since the date order has been received to return an item within which we can provide you an exchange or a refund. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unwashed and in a totally resalable condition or in the same condition received. Item will be inspected and feedback about the exchange or refund will be provided. Customised items will not be refunded. Items on sale will also not be refunded. In case of a refund, we will either do an eft transfer to your bank account or credit your Stickem online account. You will not receive a refund of any delivery charge. If you receive an incorrect item, we are unable to issue a resend of the correct item until the item sent in error is returned in an unused and totally resellable condition. We will issue a returns label with a courier of our choosing to collect the item in error. Please email us at for returns enquiries. 

Shipping of Returns:

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered. 

Cancelling your Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, we will have to be notified within 1 day of placing the order. If we are notified after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for all charges as well as returning of the item.

Once we have been notified that your order has been cancelled, a full refund will be returned to you via eft to your bank account within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.


Shipment of your items will be shipped to the address provided. If you require the shipment address to be changed, contact us within 1 working day of order placement. Address changes after this point can’t be guaranteed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as we can.
